Tags drop-down menu

Cleaner buttons is used to clean contents of selected html block from additional formating. It could clean format, images, links and so on. It is usefull to clean html after importing from MS Word for example. Cleaners can be used to remove unnecessory tags leaving tag contents. For example, "hello <b>world</b>" can be cleaned to "hello world" if cleaner is being applied to <b> tag.

Delete selected tag, leave text;
